1. A lot of attorneys dabble in many areas of law (divorce, criminal, wills/estates, etc.). I personally spoke to a handful of these attorneys. Quite frankly, all of these attorneys told me my wife had no case(she sustained a broken bone and knee contusion/nerve damage to the knee). 2. Be cautious of the larger attorney firms that advertise heavily on T.V. We contacted one of those large firms that we saw on T.V. (I would say the name but I'm probably not allowed to). They farmed us out to another law firm as our case wasn't "big enough" for them. We weren't impressed with the firm they referred us to (there was probably close to twenty people working in this office). In fact, when we sat down with them I thought the female attorney was a secretary. I later learned by asking that she just recently passed the bar exam. As it turned out she got fired from that firm. We NEVER got to talk to the head attorney from this firm. If you hire Stuart Fraser you deal exclusively with him. You get a lifetime of experience not a new attorney.
3. Once my wife signed with Stuart Fraser I learned a few days later from one of my supervisors that he has handled several fatal accidents from my employer (I'm a police officer and I don't believe my employer would want me to mention where I work).This same supervisor told me that in his opinion Stuart is "one of the best" injury attorneys.
